DIH vouchers 2026: What they actually cover and for whom

Digital Innovation Hub Alpe Adria is the accredited digitalization hub for the Slovenia–Croatia–Austria–Italy region. The voucher program is a concrete tool for transforming your organization.

What do the vouchers cover?

For all sectoral vouchers DIH Alpe Adria covers 60 % of the project value. It is not a complicated process — apply through an online form, receive a decision within 15 business days, and start if approved.

A special program is available for associations, federations and non-profits — the civil-society voucher covers 100 % of the value. An organization with no digital budget gets a full platform at no cost.

Which sectors?

Ten sector vouchers are currently available: service companies, e-commerce, media, tourism, agriculture, healthcare, municipalities, associations, agricultural cooperatives, and a voucher for custom development.

What does the application look like?

The application is digital and does not require attached documents in the first stage. You confirm the legal form, sector and project scope. The exact scope is defined in the second step, after approval.

A voucher is a starting point for a long-term digital system, not a one-off project.
